PetFleet Roster Shadow

In memory of Shadow, AKA Shads, AKA Shadow buddy, AKA Shadow Cat, AKA Shadow Panther AKA Sargent Shadow. You came to us from a feral outside pack. You followed Dave like a shadow up and down the driveway. You were the second to come into the house, not forced but just walked in. We promised to always love you and take care of you. When we put the collar on you, you knew then you were safe, loved, wanted, and protected. Even when we tried to give you a new collar, you wouldn't let us take the first one off. You were a proud cat who was owned and loved. You got the name Sargent Shadow, because you were always on guard duty, you were always watching from a post. Nightly you made your rounds to each of us to check in to make sure we were safe. You were a lover and cuddle hog, would paw at the hands to remind us you were here and still wanting more pets. You had a weapon for a tail, long and straight. You used it to remind us to pay attention to you. A proud cat. A happy cat. A loved cat. A missed cat. Gone over the rainbow bridge to wait for us.
